Three hundred years of craft don't lie. Méthode traditionnelle was born in the cellars of France — and we brought it to the Nordic terroir of Mols Bjerge. We follow every step of that tradition. Because the method is the message.

You step into the heart of our production — and see how we disgorge and add dosage to bring every bottle to life. We turn the bottle neck-down and blow the yeast out, then add just the right amount of dosage to perfect the wine, finishing in style with cork and labels.

The danish terroir is special when it comes to wines. Long, sunny days and cold nights create fruits and berries with less sweetness and more acidity — which just happens to be a perfect match for sparkling wines. When we combine that with méthode traditionnelle, we arrive at something wholly unique.
