Stevns is an intense and full-bodied sparkling dessert wine. The wine is made from spontaneously fermented whole cherries, which are carefully pressed and then mellowed with apple wine. After second fermentation in the bottle, the wine has matured for at least 12 months to achieve a balance of acidity and sweetness.
