Sparkling Spritz is a sparkling cocktail made from redcurrants, apples, rum, and orange liqueur. Produced by the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle) and aged in the bottle for five years, it has a fine, naturally formed bead and mousse.
Serve Sparkling Spritz chilled, over ice with a slice of orange.
