Sparkling Rhubarb is made from rhubarb, elderflower, apple, and red berries. A sparkling non-alcoholic wine — full-bodied and aromatic, made with both fruit and berries to build a beautiful complexity. After fermentation the alcohol sits below 0.5%, yet it surprises with a full body and a lovely acidity. Well suited to relaxed meals.
