Rose Marie is a sweet, low-alcohol organic sparkling apple wine, made from early-harvested Danish organic Ingrid Marie apples blended with organic blackcurrants. Both the Ingrid Marie apple and the blackcurrants thrive in the Nordic climate: the swing between cool nights and long, bright days gives the fruit and berries a long ripening that develops wonderful aromas and a wholly unique acidity profile.
Serve Rose Marie chilled. It is recommended as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, shellfish, sushi, vegetable dishes, cheese, and tart desserts.
