Rose Marie is a refreshingly sweet sparkling apple wine. The wine is made from early harvested apples, for crisp acidity, and summer berries for complexity of taste and a beautiful, pink colour. When the wine has fermented, the result is a fruity wine with only 2% alcohol. Pleasingly easy and enjoyable.
Notes of rose hip flower, grapefruit, blackcurrants and unripe apples.
