Rondom is a Full-bodied and spicy sparkling dessert wine. The berries are spontaneously fermented, pressed, combined with apple wine and bottled. The wine undergoes second fermentation on the bottle and matures for at least 12 months. This results in a complex dessert wine with a summerly wildness.
Notes of fresh redcurrants, gooseberries and smoke.
Serving suggestions: creme brûlée, pancakes with ice cream, cheesecake and summer.
