Krystal is a sparkling apple ice wine, made from cryo-concentrated, perfectly ripe Danish apples. After the first fermentation of the must, it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, where the natural sugars from the apples create the fine, delicate bubbles. Krystal is aged sur lie for a minimum of 12 months before disgorging.
Serve Krystal chilled with, for example, foie gras, desserts, and mature cheeses.
