Ben A is a rich and aromatic sparkling dessert wine. The berries are spontaneously fermented, pressed and then blended with apple wine to balance the sweetness and acidity. After second fermentation in the bottle, the wine has matured for at least 12 months, adding complexity and depth.
Notes of blackberry leaf, liquorice, menthol and dark berries.
Serving suggestions: Desserts, Gateau Marcel, Ris a la mande, salty and blue cheese.
